The vision behind my drive

I want to share something personal so you understand the vision behind my drive and the future I am working to build with you.

My name is Ron Gene Ottaviano, and my vision is to build RGO into a world-class brand. That ambition comes from a lifelong interest in motivating people, recognizing talent, and helping others see possibilities beyond their present circumstances.

When I was younger, I was fascinated by people who had achieved extraordinary success. I wanted to meet a billionaire, although that world seemed far beyond anything I could reach. Over time, my thinking expanded. I began asking what I could create, whom I could help, and what could happen if the right people committed themselves to a shared purpose.

I built motivational platforms and brought talented people together. It started with a phone call: a desire to encourage people, listen, and give great talent an opportunity to be heard. What began with a millionaire mindset developed into a movement with a billionaire mindset. Along the way, we had four billionaires involved.

That experience helped change what I believed was possible.

Some of you know me as a salesman. Others know me as someone who makes introductions and brings people together. Those abilities are part of a larger contribution: recognizing potential, communicating a vision, and motivating people to work toward it.

I have spent years exploring mindset, manifestation, and the law of attraction. These ideas are part of my personal philosophy. For me, they mean holding a clear vision, recognizing opportunities, surrounding myself with capable people, and aligning my daily actions with what I hope to accomplish. Belief becomes meaningful through preparation, discipline, service, and follow-through.

Turning vision into progress

Consider Sara Blakely. She sold fax machines door to door and started Spanx with her own savings and no business degree. She went on to become a billionaire. Her beginnings were practical and ordinary; the business she built became extraordinary.

Consider John Paul DeJoria, co-founder of Paul Mitchell and Patrón. He experienced homelessness, lived in his car, and sold products door to door before becoming a billionaire. His story also reflects a lasting commitment to helping others.

What inspires me about these examples is the combination of ambition, persistence, learning, and creating something customers value. Their stories show how far a person can travel from a modest beginning.

That is the spirit I want us to bring to RGO.

Our larger vision must be earned through the work in front of us: serving a customer well, developing a representative, delivering a useful solution, keeping our promises, and building systems that support growth. Every small business we help deserves our full attention. Each successful relationship can strengthen the foundation for what comes next.

I bring the vision and the determination to help lead that effort. I also recognize how much we need one another’s technical expertise, judgment, creativity, and leadership. My deepest motivation is to help people recognize their potential and give them something worthwhile to build together.

I am asking you to see the possibility, understand your part in it, and help turn this dream into measurable progress.

With conviction and appreciation,

Ron Gene Ottaviano

The market

36.2M[1]

U.S. small businesses

Approximately 36.2 million businesses form the broad small-business landscape, according to the SBA's February 2026 figures.

Our initial focus is businesses with a clear operational need and a service we can scope well: local service companies, repair shops, professional-service firms, and growing organizations. Larger and multi-location projects require their own technical review and delivery plan.

How the vision grows

Start with one useful workflow, demonstrate its value, and expand thoughtfully. Our ambition includes larger organizations and additional international markets as delivery capacity, language support, and local requirements are addressed. Each proposal defines the available services, supported systems, pricing, and responsibilities.
